Pricing & Phases

Phase I: Site Inspection

  • Within Lagos ₦150,000
  • South-West ₦400,000
  • Other Zones ₦1,500,000

Our team of designers and masons will meet with you to understand your needs, preferences, budget, and project goals, ensuring we have a clear vision for your design. We will also conduct a thorough site inspection to assess the space, taking precise measurements and evaluating the layout and structural elements. Finally, we will analyze the existing space to identify opportunities and constraints for your project, ensuring we maximize the design potential.

Phase II: Project Design

  • Per Perspective ₦60,000
  • Subsequent Edits (After 2 Free Edits) ₦30,000 Per Space

Our team of designers will create design concepts, including sketches, mood boards, and preliminary layouts, to establish the overall vision for your project. We will develop detailed floor plans that optimize the use of space, ensuring functionality and flow while addressing your requirements.

We will also recommend materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with your design concept and preferences. The design proposal will be presented to you, along with visuals and descriptions to effectively communicate the overall aesthetic and functionality. Your feedback will be gathered on the proposed designs and the necessary revisions based on your input will be made. Finally, we will finalize the schematic design, preparing for the next phases of the project, and obtaining your approval to move forward.

Phase III: Project Execution

Commences after Phase II

This final phase of the project will include the following:

  • Procurement of Materials: Source and order materials, coordinating delivery to match the project timeline.
  • Mobilization of Labor: Select skilled labor and contractors, setting schedules to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Site Preparation: Clear the site, establish safety measures, and set timelines for construction.
  • Project Implementation: Begin construction and installation, managing progress through regular site visits and coordinating tasks among trades.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect work at various stages to ensure compliance with design specifications and resolve any issues.
  • Project Delivery: Conduct a final walkthrough, address any final adjustments, and hand over the completed project, ensuring client satisfaction.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

  • The site inspection fee for Phase I is to be made in full. It is non-refundable, even if the client cancels the appointment, however, we will reschedule for a date convenient for both parties.
  • The fee for Phase II is also to be made in full.
  • For Phase III, an advance payment of 80% of total project cost is required to initiate production.
  • Client shall make payment within 5 days of invoice otherwise invoice is null and void.
  • For Phase IV, a payment of 10% of the total project cost is to be made on the scheduled date for the commencement of the project. The final 10% is to be made not later than a week before the scheduled date for the project handover.
  • Late payments of the balance will be billed at ₦18,000 per month handling fee and 1.5%/Month Interest.
  • We reserve the rights to halt the project until these conditions are fulfilled at their respective phases.

Post-Production and Retouching

  • Project execution and delivery will be done in a timely fashion within the schedule of the contract.
  • Any additional item or service beyond the scope of the contract will be quoted and treated on a case-by-case basis.
